Common questions.
What does each visit include?
Interior and exterior glass, frames, sills and tracks. Sliding doors and bifolds are included on all plans. If there are specific areas you want us to focus on, just let us know before the visit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Give us two weeks' notice and we'll adjust your schedule from the next visit. No lock-in, no fees.
Do you service apartments and units?
Yes, for ground-level and accessible external glass. High-rise and strata properties require a separate assessment — get in touch and we can talk through what works.
What areas do you cover?
We focus on Gold Coast suburbs including Mermaid Waters, Carrara, Burleigh Waters, Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads, Miami and Coolangatta. Not sure if we cover your area? Ask in your quote request.
