How much does it cost for a unit, a standard home and a large home?
+
A unit is typically between $200–$400. A standard one-storey home is $375–$550, and a standard two-storey home is $500–$800 — all inclusive of fly screens, tracks and frames. Large homes with lots of glass or many louvres or French panes can be $800+ and require a site visit to quote accurately.
How do you price a job?
+
We count every pane of glass and screen that needs cleaning. This gives our customers an accurate quote while helping us plan the job properly — there are no adjustments on the day.
Is the quote the final price, or can it change on the day?
+
The quote is final with no surprises. When we quote, we quote everything — windows, mirrors, pool fence, screens, louvres. We send you an itemised quote and then clean all the items you agree to. Nothing is added without your approval.
Is there a callout fee?
+
There is no callout fee. We come out and quote for free, and the price you are given is all inclusive.
Do you have a minimum charge?
+
We have a minimum charge of $200.
What costs extra?
+
Our standard window cleaning includes tracks, frames and screens. Mirrors, glass balustrades and pool fences are quoted separately and added to your itemised quote before we start.
How and when do I pay?
+
We take payment upon completion of the job once you have confirmed you are happy with the result. We accept cash or card. If you are not home we will send an invoice with 24-hour payment terms.
Plans
How much do I save on a recurring plan?
+
Our monthly plan includes a saving of $150 per clean, the 4-month plan is $100 off per clean, and the bi-annual plan is $50 off per clean. The monthly and 4-month plans also include priority scheduling, guaranteed pre-Christmas window cleaning and a 7-day rain guarantee. See full plan details on our Plans page.
Which plan is right for my home?
+
The 4-month plan is our most popular and will ensure your home is always looking its best. For commercial customers or homes with lots of glass facing the sea, we recommend the monthly plan for all external window cleaning. You can compare all options on our Plans page.
Is my price locked in, and for how long?
+
Yes. On the monthly and 4-month plans your price stays the same for 3 years. On the bi-annual plan your price is locked for 2 years.
Can I cancel or pause a plan?
+
You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. If you cancel within the first 12 months, we ask you to repay the plan discount from your first clean. For example, if your plan takes $100 off each clean and you cancel in the first 12 months, you repay $100.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
+
No problem at all. We send a reminder text 2 weeks before your next clean. If you need to reschedule, just let us know and we will find a time that suits you.
Do you offer one-off cleans?
+
Yes — you do not need to be on a plan. One-off cleans are available with no lock-in and are particularly popular for customers preparing to sell. Our one-off cleans carry the same 100% satisfaction guarantee as plan customers.
What's included
Do you clean the tracks and frames?
+
Tracks and frames are included in our standard window cleaning price — always, on every visit. We clear the channel properly, not just wipe the surface.
Do you clean inside and outside?
+
We clean inside and outside as standard. Some customers prefer to have the outside cleaned more frequently due to salt and grime build-up — particularly on beachside properties — and we can arrange that as part of a plan.
Do you clean glass balustrades and pool fencing?
+
Yes — it is one of our most requested add-ons. Glass balustrades and pool fences are quoted separately and come up great with our double-sided clean. Salt spray, pool chemicals and general grime on this glass are exactly what we are set up to handle.
Do you clean fly screens?
+
Yes. We can clean all types of fly screens — standard insect mesh, Crimsafe security screens and old-school diamond mesh. Screens are included in our standard service.
Do you clean skylights or very high windows?
+
We have the equipment to clean even the most difficult-to-reach windows. We will need a site visit to quote for these so we can understand the access and plan the job properly.
The visit
Will you let me know when you're arriving?
+
We text you the day before your clean to confirm the booking time, then again on the morning of the job when we are on our way with an ETA. Plan customers receive a message 2 weeks before their scheduled clean so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home?
+
You do not need to be home. For exterior-only cleans we just need gate access. If we are cleaning inside, make sure we can get in and that any pets are secured.
Do I need to move furniture or clear the windows beforehand?
+
We ask that you provide reasonable access to the windows and that any valuable items near the glass are secured or moved prior to the service.
How long does a typical clean take?
+
A full interior and exterior clean of a standard home typically takes 3–4 hours. Larger properties, homes with pool fencing or balustrades, or properties with significant glass take longer — we give you a realistic estimate at the quote stage.
What happens if it rains?
+
Light rain is fine and we will still go ahead with your clean. For heavy rain we will reschedule to the next available time that suits you.
Do you wear shoe covers inside?
+
We always remove our shoes or wear shoe covers inside. We place a towel under every window and wipe up any drips before we leave.
Results and trust
How often should windows be cleaned on the Gold Coast?
+
Due to salt air and wind, we recommend getting your windows cleaned regularly. For most Gold Coast homes, 3 times per year keeps glass in good condition. If your property is right on the beach — such as in Coolangatta, Mermaid Beach or Burleigh Heads — we recommend a monthly service for external glass.
Why are my windows still streaky after a clean?
+
Streaky windows are almost always caused by the wrong technique or cleaning products. We use only professional window cleaning equipment and solutions to ensure a streak-free result every time. If you spot streaks after we have been, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
+
At the end of each service we do a walk-around to make sure you are satisfied. If you notice something you are not happy with, let us know within 24 hours and we will come and fix it the same day. Monthly and 4-month plan customers also have a 7-day rain guarantee.
Are you insured?
+
Yes — we carry $20 million public liability insurance. For any commercial or strata job we will supply a Safe Working Method Statement on request.
Do you offer a guarantee?
+
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you spot anything you are not happy with, let us know on the day and we will fix it on the spot, or tell us within 24 hours and we will come back. Monthly and 4-month plan customers also have a 7-day rain guarantee.
Scope and areas
What areas do you service?
+
We cover all Gold Coast suburbs from Ormeau down to Coolangatta. We also cover Northern NSW suburbs including Kingscliff, Casuarina, Tweed Heads and surrounding areas. You can see every suburb we cover on our Locations page.
Do you service my suburb?
+
Almost certainly, yes. We cover every Gold Coast suburb and the Tweed area. If you are not sure, send us your address with a quote request and we will confirm the same day.
Do you do commercial window cleaning?
+
Yes — we clean shopfronts, offices and strata buildings, typically on a recurring schedule. Our commercial customers include hotels, restaurants, dental practices, offices and apartment buildings.
Do you clean after building work?
+
We do not offer builders cleans after major renovations or new builds. However, if you have done a smaller renovation project at home and need dust and grime removed from glass, we can definitely help with that.
Do you also do pressure washing or gutters?
+
No — we specialise in window cleaning only. We have made that choice deliberately so we can perfect our craft and deliver a consistently excellent result for our window cleaning customers.
