If you want interior glass cleaned in the same visit, we can include that too. Most clients on a plan combine both for a full clean each visit.
What does exterior window cleaning include?
Every exterior clean covers all accessible external glass, window tracks, frames and sills. We remove salt film, dust, pollen, spider webs and general grime. Pool fence glass and fly screens are available as add-ons.
How often should I get my exterior windows cleaned on the Gold Coast?
For beachside and canal properties, every 10 to 12 weeks is the right target — salt film builds up fast and becomes harder to remove the longer it sits. Inland properties generally do well on a quarterly or four-monthly schedule.
Can you reach upper-level windows without scaffolding?
Yes. We carry equipment for external access on standard two-storey residential properties. Anything requiring rope access or elevated work platforms is assessed at the quote stage — we will tell you upfront if it falls outside our standard service.
Does salt air actually damage windows over time?
Yes. Salt deposits are mildly abrasive and acidic. Left long enough, they etch into the glass surface and create permanent haze that cannot be cleaned out. Regular exterior cleans prevent that buildup before it becomes a problem.
